Heather Jane with “Tales from the River’s Tongue”

February 2 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Stories inspired by old myths and years of roaming the land, researching, mulling and intuiting. These stories were born from the river walk she is still undertaking with the Little Avon River in Gloucestershire, traveling from the sources of the river to the mouth, in the river. Equipped with keen eyes and a listening ear, we will track the river through tales of hedgewitches, dragons and a forgotten goddess.

Heather is a storyteller based in Bristol. She is a lover of tales (and tails), animals, the natural world with all its lyricism, and magical Otherworlds. She enjoys finding both the underbelly and the mischief in life, narrating the world around us and laughing. She largely aspires to be a witch-badger-hag woman in training.

Suitable for 7+ with parental guidance.

Tickets on the door £8 (£6 hardship rate, £10 philanthropist rate)
